- • We provide free shipping on all domestic orders, covering even the most remote regions of India.
- • COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. Orders above this must be prepaid for security reasons.
- • Sterling Sutra reserves the right to decline COD for high-value, repeated rejections, or logistical constraints.
Order Tracking Policy
- • Tracking details are shared on your registered mobile once the package is dispatched.
- • Each order can be shipped to one destination only. Multiple addresses require separate orders.
- • Sterling Sutra is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Estimated Delivery Time
- • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalized products may take longer.
- • Split deliveries: non-personalized items are dispatched earlier, personalized items follow once ready.
- • All shipments are dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse.
- Delivery timelines (post-dispatch):
- Tier 1 cities: 1–3 working days
- Tier 2 cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 3 cities: 3–7 working days

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items (except defective/spurious products).
- • Refunds are processed only after items are received & quality-checked at our warehouse.
- • If multiple items are claimed but not picked up, the MRP of missing items will be deducted.
- • Free gifts/bundled items must also be returned.
- • Empty parcel or missing product claims must be reported within 48 hours with a 360° unpacking video.
- • Claims without sufficient proof or reported late may be declined.

⦁ It may take 15 working days to refund the amount paid through our payment gateway to the original payment source. Please note if payment is made via COD, return refund will only be granted in specified banking channel and not in cash
